Meet Dr. Jeff Cook

Dr. Jeff Cook believes it is a great privilege to have the opportunity to make people comfortable and confident in their smile. Born and raised here in Yuma, he loves seeing his patients as they’ve grown up and become active members in the community, proudly showing off their “Custom Cook” smiles. Dr. Cook takes a personal interest in every patient he meets. He is dedicated not only to making a difference in his patients’ teeth, but in their lives as well.

• Doctorate of Dental Medicine – University of Louisville
• Master of Science in Oral Biology – University of Louisville
• Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics – University of Louisville

As an orthodontist committed to providing the most up-to-date treatment options, Dr. Cook continually supplements his schooling through local study clubs, online continuing education, and meetings of the American Association of Orthodontists. Keeping informed and ahead of the curve has always been important to Dr. Cook and the Cook Orthodontics team.

Outside the office

Dr. Cook and his wife Jennifer have four wonderful children: Carson, Taylor, Jared, and Rachel. His free time is spent with his family, though he also enjoys landscaping, playing the guitar in a local band, and being active in the community. He is a member of the LDS Church and often supports the Special Olympics and the Boy Scouts of America.
